WX DATA initial download failed - albinomb - 2019-08-25
Very unreliable, I am getting “WX DATA initial download failed” over and over again. I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. I am so frustrated that I will go back to MFS weather. But guess what? MSF is not working either! So I will be flying friendly skies all the time.

The fix is you set the sim time in FSXWX to current in v4 and it will work. P3d V5 doesnt matter
