Minus wind speed? - Kernow - 2015-01-11 Hi, I am currently flying between Greenland and Canada. I must say that in the couple of trials using your program with REX4 textures I am very very happy with it's integration with FSX and in my opinion out performs REX's existing weather engine in their 'Overdrive' program which I used to use. However today I am flying between Keflavik and New York at FL360 and a slight headwind 30kts when the weather starts to go crazy and the wind speed turns into an increasing minus figure up to a maximum of -34okts! I was surprised my 757 stayed in the air! Has anyone else experienced anything similar or is this just a FSX hiccup? Kind Regards, Minus wind speed? - fsxwx - 2015-01-11 Hi, unfortunately, FSXWX is not yet really capable of providing weather for long overseas-flights. I suppose that's the reason for your wind abnormality. However, the coverage above oceans is something I will definitely implement in the future.
