Weather doesn't update on the ground

Hi, does anybody know how to make FSXWX update the weather on the ground because every time when I'm preparing the flight there's a weather change like rain, temperature or pressure change but it doesn't on the sim, it remains with the first update even if I'm on the ground for more than an hour. I'm using P3dV4
