Flat(2D) Clouds eveywhere,everytime(!Please read for detailed info!)

Hello. While using FSWX, I'm noticing flat clouds every time. I have 3D clouds on in the settings. Default FSX and FSRealWX work fine. It's FSWX that always causes 2D clouds to appear, even when there must be a 3D cloud in the place.

Sim: FSX:SE
FSWX v1.5.2
