Trying to install this for 5.1 broke ChasePlane and didn't work

I installed this via the instructions here: https://www.fsxwx.com/instructions-p3dwx.htm

After doing so:

1. ChasePlane no longer worked -- it would not connect to the sim or respond to any inputs
   
2. P3DWX could not connect to the sim, it would give me a SIMCONNECT error
   

I reinstalled Simconnect and it did not fix the problem.

I also noticed that the instructions for deleting wxmapping.bin point you to %programdata% but in v5.1 at least wxmapping.bin is located in the same path that wxstationlist.bin is in.

I deleted P3DWX and reverted all the changes in the installation instructions back to default and ChasePlane resumed working normally
