exception from hresult 0xc000014B

Has anyone else been getting this error message last 24 hours?  The server site seems to be up, so I can't tell if it's on the server end or my machine.  
Any ideas?  .net framework and all that is current, and it started abruptly last night?

And it just resolved 15 minutes ago.


And now it's in failure again.  Guess it's not MY machine.  I was going to be SOOO disappointed in my SuperComputer :(

Same here, although it was working just fine yesterday.. no flights for today I guess :p
