Download Data Compression

Hi everyone, I just downloaded this great weather engine. Everything works fine. I just have a request.
I noticed that this software uses a lot more data every updates(5mb per update). As I'm on a tight internet bundle. I'd like to ask the developers to peraphs compile the data into a smaller file that will be decompiled on our local systems.

Yes, I am already on it, also to reduce server download traffic on my side.
Note: once I switch to the new compressed files, older versions of FSXWX probably are not supported any more.

I also tried it on my laptop and it failed to download the weather after quite some moment twice. Do you have any idea of what the problem might be. I'm using fsx acceleration

No, unfortunately not really.
Stupid question: The laptop was online all the time? Maybe it has something to do with your slow internet connection...?
