Is it possible to make a way to have turbulence, something like active sky next's turbulence or similar?

Hm, you actually should have tubulences with FSXWX. Their strength get determined by current weather conditions and implemented by utilizing the FSX internal turbulences and the direct control of wind direction and speed. This might not be equally sophisticated as the ASN implemention, but I am actually quite happy with the resulting 'in-sim-feeling'.

I actually never feel any kind of turbulence :S
Can you recommend a particular setting besides those in the instructions?

Strange.
Other than having the TurbulenceScale value set to 0.8 within the fsx.cfg there is nothing particular I can think of.
Self-evidently: 1.) turbulance must not be disabled within FSX, i.e. "settings > weather > Disable turbulance and thermal effects on aircraft" have to be unchecked. And 2.) the FSXWX option "FSX-internal wind turb" have to be enabled.

Oh I have "Disable turbulance and thermal effects on aircraft" checked I think I've checked it when I installed pmdg ngx, I'm gonna try it out with that option unchecked.

Ok, glad to hear this.
When it comes to turbulences or weather effects in general, it is always a balancing act (and tweaking ... like FSX itself ;-) between the actual effect on the aircraft itself and the resulting subjective impression. For example, if you configure EZdok hyper-sensitive, you will get a strong visual impact even with rather small actual bumps of the aircraft.
With the way FSXWX depicts the strength of turbulences (FSX internal as well as directly controlled by wind speed/direction) and the values of the provided EZdok profiles, I somehow tried to achieve a sweet spot for an overall realistic and 'lively' impression.
