I planning on getting P3DV3. Do I need the registered version of FSUIPC for FSXWX to work?

Hello,
I have problem. I have only unregistered version of FSUIPC, so I can not set setting according to installation guide on the main page. I don't know do FSUIPC couse this, but I have extreamly strong gusts of wind, despite the fact, I disabled all (set to zero) FSXWX DWC settings.
I had earlier REX Essential. It is still instaled but I do not use it.
Any help, please? :)
EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED - This was hardware malfunction (joystic).
