P3DWX NO WEATHER PERIODS with EA ON (p3dv5.1)

Hey there,
I've been using P3DWX for some time now and I've noticed that there are periods where there is no weather with enhanced atmospherics ON, this only happens when I'm at around the cruise altitude.. suppose that I'm cruising above Frankfurt and it's suppose to be RAINING there but the sim doesn't show a single cloud.... even if I hit REFRESH it does nothing. Anyone know what is going on?

I can confim this poblem, interrestingly the weather was at the same time still drawn on the weather radar, maby this helps narrowing down the reason.
After a few minutes the clouds popped back in.

After switching to v5.2 and re-installing P3DWX, the problem seems to be gone!
