Problems with weather updating on longer GA flights.

Windows 10 x64,
FSX: SE.
FSXWX v. 1.6.1

I've just had a VFR flight on Vatsim from EPGY to EPZG (both in Poland). EPGY is my custom, selfmade scenery, but I've put EPZG into ADES box, and EPWR into ALTN box. Time set to 'current'.
all options enabled except: 'EZdok global enable'.
29.90 treshold for AS/CU.
DWC settings default.
Aicraft: A2A Piper Cherokee.

Flight started normally, with proper weather depiction (however, FSXWX depicted only lower clouds, leaving upper airspace clear, while there were at lest broken clouds up there in reality). During flight , wich took about 2h and 15 minutes in total, I'v reached an area where clouds dissapeared, but this was somewhat in line with the forecasts for that area. So this hasn't disturbed me. On the way I was using FSXWX 'check' option to check QNH at closest big areodromes (for local QNH). It was correctly showing 1022 for whole route, and I've set this value manualy into my altimeter.

Than, finaly, I've reached my destination. I've desdended to 1000 ft AMSL, since CTR of EPZG has top border of 1300 ft AMSL. It felt strange however - ground was too close. Nonetheless, I've landed sucesfully, and then I've noticed that altimeter shows 407 ft on the ground. EPZG elevation is 194 ft! What a hell?! I've used 'check' option again - QNH 1022 for EPZG. Same as my altimeter was set manualy. Ok, I've punched 'B' button, to let the game to set altimeter automatically - it showed standard atmosphere value. Only after manual reload weather depiction have got back to normal - even some clouds reappeared.

So it seams, that at some point I've flown into the area, wich was not updated by FSXWX at all (maybe except the winds), or it was reset to standard day by the FSX, overriding FSXWX - I don't know.

Honestly, this is not the first time it happened to me. It usualy happens on longer VFR, General Aviation flights, like from EPGY to EPNT too. Not always, though.

Is this a bug, or I'm doing something wrong? Please, help.

PS. sorry for bad English.

Similar issue for me, I found that if I don't go above 14000 ft at least once during a flight, it stops injecting new weather.
