Weather updating on landing

I have recently found, that after completing a flight using FSXWX (everything is running perfectly) when I am on landing, there will be a sudden weather change. For example, I will be landing in Hong Kong, at 50 feet above the runway, I will have a 3 knot headwind, then all of a sudden, this 3 knot headwind turns into a 20 knot tail wind. This has happened on every flight, where as I begin my flare, the weather will automatically update.

Is there a way to change this so it does not update as I am landing? Maybe change the update times?
