FSX resetting time

Is there any possibility that FSWX, when active and current weather loaded, that it would cause FSX to reset the time to current time?
I load FSX at say 17:00, with free flight time set to 10:00, then start FSXWX. Then after about 5-10 mins, FSX reloads the scenery/flight and the time has reset to the current system time.
The General settings check box "use system time for free flight" is UNCHECKED.

You mean, if FSXWX resets the FSX time?
No, this is not intended and I assume that there is no connection whatsoever to FSXWX.
