Working ok now.
I also found yesterday that when FSXWX had no metars for the current weather, it caused ms.net errors. So if you get errors in the future, try checking FSXWXmetar.txt in temp folder, if its empty that may be why. And if current weather fails, try historic weather (assuming its the NOAA weather server at fault) until its fixed.
