That happens when the "current weather" server is temporarily down or busy (you might get ms.net errors too).
However until its back online - using cached "historical weather" from a day or two ago works (when weather was last available).
**To verify if the server is down: the downloaded weather files can be found in the windows temp folder, they will be empty or partial, if this is the case.
