FSX crashes when loading in. Microsoft .NET framework error

For me Version 1.6.3 did not solve the above problem.

I still get the "wx data initial download failed" error message and the Mircosoft .NET Framework unhandeled exception error. HRESULS: 0xC0000148.

Version 1.6.2 worked perfectly for me but i don´t have it anymore.

Any help would be appreciated!!!
