Only historic weather of the last 365 days is accessible. So, your sim date (30. Sep 2015) is too much in the past.

Btw: Your entry 'yes' under EZdok global enable is probably not what you want... ;-) Have a look at the Manual section of this forum where the EZdok feature is described.

The "yes" was actually default since I didn't touch that, but I fixed it now anyways.
