Current weather unavailable

Is the weather server down? or maybe the NOAA server?

I can only get historic weather metars. With current weather - it downloads ok but the temp files folder FSXWXmetar.txt is empty and fsxwx reports 0 metar reports.

Working ok now.

I also found yesterday that when FSXWX had no metars for the current weather, it caused ms.net errors. So if you get errors in the future, try checking FSXWXmetar.txt in temp folder, if its empty that may be why. And if current weather fails, try historic weather (assuming its the NOAA weather server at fault) until its fixed.

Yes, indeed, sometimes it is also the NOAA server that is down so that FSXWX couldn't recieve the latest weather data.
