Problem download meteo

Hi all
i have a problem with the download of the weather. When start the program and click "Connect" this is the message:
10:12: SIMCONNECT connection established
10:12: FSUIPC connection established
10:12: WX DATA initial download failed
10:12: Connection closed

I have Prepare3d version 3.3 and FSUIPC 4.955

Do you know why you give me this error?
