Crash when connecting with FSXWX 1.6.3

I have FSX SE on Win 10. FSXWX worked for a while. Now when I click on the "Connect" button I get the following error message:
16:45: SIMCONNECT connection established
16:45: FSUIPC connection established
16:45: WX DATA initial download failed
16:45: Connection closed


And then is opened a message window with the following test:
"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the applicaion will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately

Exception from HRESULT: 0xC000014B"

I have the same error.
I have to try to connect sometimes 20 times to established a connection . Try
