P3D keeps crashing after starting FSXWX

Hey, so i've recently encountered some problems with this awesome program. Since 2 weeks ago it has started to crash whenever i start the program or have it running while flying, sometimes it happens when i tab out to check pdf:s etc. So does anyone have some ideas how i can fix this. http://i.imgur.com/Q6kBfiD.png (this crash during loading weather into P3D)
